This is an honest review and not to ‘be-little’ anything.
The gift was good - however I thought the flowers could have been individually picked up from the box... so that the gift receiver could pick up each of the flowers individually. But noticed that they are stuck to the bottom of the box so cannot pick up the flowers...this can be improved.
I asked for 12 messages to be displayed, one message for each flower... I know that this was complementary, but only 8 of the messages were added and not placed in the actual flower - it was quite small writing...just stuck on the flowers.
For customers... PLEASE MAKE A NOTE THAT PHOTOPSY was really good with email communication and accepted personalised messages to be added (free of charge), so THIS IS REALLY POSITIVE.
Re Delivery: it took over 2 weeks to arrive (thought that it would arrive within 5 days), this is a down-side if you want the item to arrive before a certain day/occasion- JUST LET THEM KNOW via EMAIL WHEN YOU WANT IT BY.
Overall, the gift was good, colour and box is good, concept is good but can be improved in terms individual flowers to be picked up and personalised messages to be done properly... and then you can charge a bit more... Just a thought

Just to add that my wife really liked the gift - it is something to treasure for lifetime.
Above notes are for improvements as we can ALL develop and BE better and DO better. Just want help you become even better so that you get more and more customers who are very happy with your service and products.
