1.) Do I need to make a user account to make a purchase?

No there is no need. However we strongly recommend you do so. You can then stay up-to-date with latest offers.

2.) After making a purchase, can I cancel?

You may cancel within 1 hour if you would like a full refund. However we process orders an hour after your order so a refund will not apply after this time frame.

3.) What currencies can I pay in?

You can pay in your local currency but do note this will be converted to £ - GBP.

4.) How will my data be used?

All information relating to data can be found on our policies page.

5.) How long does shipping take?

Shipping is dependent on the country you are based in. We endeavour to fulfil all orders within 28 days but some orders can take up to 3 months although this is unlikely.

6.) What do I do if my product is defected or damaged?

Please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can investigate and revert back to you.
